The service
whatis.cooking helps you organise work in workspaces: projects, tasks, notes, comments, attachments, agent activity and connected integrations. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Your account and workspace
Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials and API tokens. You are responsible for access you give to workspace members, agents and integrations. Only connect accounts and submit content you are authorised to use.
Workspace owners and administrators manage access within their permissions. Content you share in a workspace is available to members and agents with access to it.
Agents and integrations
Connected agents can read and change work through the permissions you grant. You are responsible for their configuration and for checking their work and approval requests. A task status, report or approval recorded in whatis.cooking does not guarantee that an external action succeeded or that an agent’s output is correct.
External tools and services have their own terms and privacy policies. Connecting an integration allows the data needed for that integration to pass between services.
Your content
You retain your rights to content you submit. You give AMMO Solutions permission to store, process and display that content only as needed to provide and maintain the service. You must have the rights and any legal basis needed to share personal data about other people.
Use of the service
Do not use whatis.cooking for unlawful activity, infringe others’ rights, access another workspace without permission, bypass access controls or disrupt the service. Do not upload malware or use integrations to send unwanted messages.
Availability and ending use
The service can change or be interrupted by maintenance, faults or failures of connected services.
You can stop using the service at any time. Contact us to request account or workspace deletion. Items moved to trash are not permanently erased. We may restrict access when needed to address unlawful use, a breach of these terms or a threat to the service; we will explain the reason where legally permitted.
Responsibility and applicable law
Each party is responsible for its obligations under applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Dutch law applies, without limiting any mandatory protection or right to bring proceedings available to you under the law that applies to you.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. The date above identifies this version of the terms.
